Add FieldTally to your home screen

FieldTally runs in your phone’s browser. Adding it to your home screen makes it open full-screen like an app, and on iPhone it’s needed for notifications.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open app.fieldtally.com in Safari (not Chrome or another app’s browser).
2. Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
4. Open FieldTally from the new icon and log in.

Notifications on iPhone need iOS 16.4 or later and only work from the home-screen icon.

Android

1. Open app.fieldtally.com in Chrome.
2. Tap Install app if it pops up, or tap the menu and choose Install app / Add to Home screen.
3. Open FieldTally from the new icon and log in.

Good to know

• FieldTally needs signal to save. If a photo or change can’t be sent, it stays on screen with a retry button.
• Location is only shared while you’ve started a shift and the app is open.
