Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number and role.
• Project data your company records: features, form answers, redlines and reports.
• Photos and the location, accuracy and time they were taken.
• Crew location, only while a crew member has started a shift and the app is open. A banner shows whenever sharing is on. Location history is deleted after 30 days.

Who can see it

Only people in your company, and customers you explicitly grant access to specific projects. Companies can never see each other’s data.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare R2 (photo storage), Stripe (payments).
